For units that use such systems for reconnaissance, defence of incident drones and control of their own aircraft, a signal termination may have serious consequences during use. Some missions have been cancelled.
The 7th corps of Ukrainian airborne troops reported about ten to twenty seconds already at flight speeds of 110 to 120 kilometers per hour. According to his presentation, one of his drone units in the Huljajpole space had to remove bets.
Starlink and Starshield must be kept apart. Starlink is the commercial service of SpaceX, which is also used in Ukraine for communication and defensive tasks. Starshield is a military offer. Ukrainian authorities reported on limitations on both; what instance led by individual change is publicly unclear. SpaceX chief Elon Musk declared that Starshield would be determined by the US government.
